Law enforcement officials are expected to announce the arrest of an individual suspected of being related to the main suspect in a car bombing outside the fertility clinic at Palm Springs, California, last month, a source who is familiar with the problem told ABC News.
The suspect is expected to appear in the Brooklyn Federal Court Wednesday afternoon before he moved to California, according to a source who is familiar with this problem.

The main suspect in this case, Guy Edward Bartkus, who was 25 years old, was found dead next to a detonated vehicle, the assistant director responsible for the La Field FBI office said last month.
“The subject has nihilistic ideas, and this is an attack targeted on IVF facilities,” Akil Davis, assistant director responsible for the FBI Field Office Los Angeles, said last month. “Make no mistake, we treat this, as I said yesterday, as an act of intentional terrorism.”
At least four other people were injured in the explosion last month. The explosion caused a fire and collapse of a nearby building.
Clinic, American Reproductive Center Palm Springs, said that no staff members were disadvantaged, and their laboratories – including all eggs, embryos and reproductive materials – were not damaged in the attack.

The clinic is currently meeting with patients at the temporary location across the road from the main building.
“We are grateful to share that consultation, follow -up, and ultrasound continues with minimal disturbances, and our team has carried out almost smooth transitions. We are also in the process of completing the IVF lab and our new surgery center, and we hope to continue the service soon,” the clinic said in a statement about social media last week.
