The day after ordering the Department of Justice and the White House to investigate the mental state of former President Joe Biden when he was in the office, President Donald Trump on Thursday doubled his accusations, without evidence, that Biden was not true to run the country, claiming the helpers used their autopen to implement the “radical” policy.
Biden denied the accusation and the legal counsel of the Department of Justice had Autopens who were ratified as legal things To sign the bill into the law, but Trump claimed during the oval office session with reporters that the use of the tool was “the largest scandal possible in the last 100 years”.
Trump claimed he could find out which executive orders were signed with autopen and assistants who were claimed to use it to impose “open borders” and transgender rights policies which according to him were not supported by Biden.

“He does not have much idea what is happening. He should not … I mean, basically, anyone who uses autopen is the president. And that is wrong. It’s illegal, it is very bad and then very rude to our country,” Trump said.
Shortly after Trump directed the Department of Justice to investigate “the situation around the execution of Biden who should have been on various executive actions during his last years in the office,” Biden issued a statement to ABC News who said the investigation “was no more than a little disturbance.”
“Let me be clear: I made a decision during my presidential period. I made a decision about forgiveness, executive orders, laws, and proclamation. Every suggestion that I am not silly and wrong,” he said in a statement.

“This is nothing more than a disturbance by Donald Trump and the Republic of Congress who works to encourage the Disaster Law that will cut important programs such as Medicaid and raise the costs of American family, all to pay tax relief for very rich and large companies,” Biden added.
Attorney General Pam Bondi has not directly discussed Trump’s direction. A spokesman for the Department of Justice refused to comment when asked by ABC News.
Republic Sens. Eric Schmitt and John Cornyn will jointly lead the senate of the Senate Committee this month about the accusation of the mental state of Biden.

When Trump was asked to what he did based on the accusation, he initially claimed that he did not reveal specific evidence that the president’s documents were not signed by Biden.

The President, however, claims without details that “the remaining radicals, terrible people” work around Biden without their consent.
“I can give you the names of some people who use autopen because I am here and I ask questions about people who are here. Also, there are many people who are here when it happens and they are here now,” Trump said without giving further details.
“This is a radical crazy person who uses it and they are not elected,” he added before making a fake claim that Biden was not elected.
