“It is very honored to take part in the discussion for one hour with President Zelensky and Senator Coons, Graham, and Democratic Senators and other Republics this morning. There is strong bipartisan support in the Senate for Freedom and Democracy Ukraine,” ” added.
Graham, in the videoAlso saying he met with Zelenskyy, added that he headed to the White House to signing the mineral agreement.

“This is half a trillion dollar which will greatly benefit the American economy. Ukraine is the richest country in Europe when it comes to critical minerals,” Graham said. “These minerals are needed for us to compete and win the 121th century economy. President Trump is very excited, President Zelenskyy is very excited about this economic agreement.”
Graham said he urged Zelenskyy ahead of the meeting with Trump not to “take the pass,” but he was not the only one, the source told ABC News. They noted that Graham was very blunt, saying Zelenskyy to “suck a little” and thank the President widely.
But the senators on both sides of the alley tried to give Zelenskyy “Friendly training,” according to two people in the room during the Bipartisan meeting with the leader of Ukraine.
While Zelenskyy thanked when he met with the senators, those in the room said he also pushed back, telling the senators that he needed security guarantees. Some senators told him to focus on the mineral agreement first and return to security later.
However, the agreement now seems to be in danger after Zelenskyy, Trump and Vance were debated at the Oval office and then canceled the agreement signing ceremony.
Graham at the White House Friday night seems to change its tone from his morning statement, saying, “I have never been more proud of the President. I am very proud of JD Vance who defended our country.”
“What I see in the oval office is not polite, and I don’t think we can do business with Zelenskyy again,” he said.

“He makes it difficult for the American people to believe that he is a good investment,” he added. “He needs to resign and send someone so that we can do business with or he needs to change.”
However, Klobuchar and Coons came out with posts in X in defending the President of Ukraine after his exchange at the Oval office, especially when Vance accused Zelenskyy of “not polite” against his American host.
“The answer to Vance: Zelenskyy has thanked our country repeatedly both personally and in public. And our country is grateful to him and Patriot Ukraine who has been standing on a dictator, burying their own & stop Putin from marching right throughout Europe. Shame at you, “Klobuchar write.
“Every time I meet with President Zelenskyy, he is grateful to Americans for our strong support. We owe him for leading him for leading the country that fought in the front democratic line – not the one who scolded the public he received in the White House,” Coons write.
