In a telephone interview on Friday morning, a few hours after his blazing exchange with Elon Musk, President Donald Trump sounded very unconcerned about their feud, as if it was not the most interesting thing that happened on Thursday.

Speaking to the phone call Friday morning just before 7 am, ABC News asked him about the report that he had a telephone scheduled to the Musk for later.

“You mean the man who has lost his mind?” He asked, saying he was “not too” interested in talking to him now.

He said Musk wanted to talk to him, but he was not ready to talk to Musk.

Trump then spoke for a few minutes about other things – referring to inflation (down), foreign investment (up) and his plan for visits to China (large).

People who are close to Trump describe him more sadly than angry at Musk. A advisor who with Trump on Thursday night said he looked “disappointed” about the separation. And that’s the way he was heard on Friday morning.

Trump is considering giving or selling red tesla he bought to support Musk, a senior administrative official told ABC News’ Rachel Scott Friday morning. Tesla was parked at West Executive Avenue on Thursday. Trump made a show to check the Tesla model at the White House in March when the Musk company got a blow when he arrived in Washington.

War -word -words on Thursday, which originated from Musk’s criticism of Trump’s signature tax and the Immigration Bill, if Musk suggested that Trump would lose the 2024 election without him, supporting the call for Trump’s impeachment and even claimed Trump “in” Epstein’s file regarding the investigation of sex smuggling of the defendant.

“That’s the real reason they haven’t been published. I hope your day is fun, DJT!” Musk posted.

Trump, in turn, said Musk had been “crazy” and suggested ending the contract and subsidy of the Musk government.

Vice President JD Vance expressed his support for Trump in the midst of public disputes in a short post for X-even though hours after going back and forth between Trump and Musk began. The post did not directly consider the Musk attack or criticized the Tesla billionaire, with whom Vance had its own history that preceded his time as a pair and vice president of Trump.

“President Trump has done more than anyone in my life to gain the trust of the movement he leads. I am proud to stand beside him,” Vance wrote on social media.

Vance still has not directly responded to Musk’s accusations against Trump when he posted again on Friday morning.

“There are many lies told by the company’s media about President Trump. One of the most striking is that he is impulsive or angry. Anyone who sees it operates under the tofu pressure is silly,” Vance wrote, focusing his anger on the media.

The White House mentioned the public feud between Trump and Elon Musk “an unfavorable episode of Elon, who did not like the only big bill that was beautiful because it did not include its policies.”

“The president focuses on passing this historic law and making our country great,” the Press Secretary of the White House Karoline Leavitt said in a statement.

Only a few hours after accusing Trump, without evidence, appearing in the Epstein file, Musk showed several signs to try to soften his tone – even seemed to agree with a post on X that called for them to “make peace.”

The first sign of the musk began walking again thanks to the account with more than 141 followers in X who suggested to “cool” and “take a step back.”

Post from users who seem to randomly make Musk reverse their threats to deactivate spacecraft that are used to transport astronauts and supplies to international space stations, the threat of Musk has made only a few hours before.

“Good advice,” Musk responded to the user. “Okay, we won’t deactivate the dragon.”
