President Donald Trump visited the Department of Justice on Friday – a step that came because he had tried to emphasize the control of the State Top Law Enforcement Agent that brought two historical prosecutors to him, which was foiled by the victory of his election in 2024.

“When we start a new chapter that is proud in The Chronicles of America, Justice is truly something that we turn on for years of corruption, weapons and surrender to cruel criminals,” Trump told many people. “And we restore justice that is fair, equal and impartial under the constitution or rule of law. And you are the people who do it.

“Under the government of Trump, Doj and FBI will once again become the main crime battle agent on earth,” he added.

He used the background to repeat his current accusation that the “armed” Justice Department to attack him.

“We must be honest about the lies and violations that have occurred in these walls. Unfortunately, in recent years, a group of corrupt hacking and radicals in the American government has eliminated that the trust and good intentions built from generation to generation,” he said. “They armed the great power of our intelligence and law enforcement agencies to try and frustrate the will of the American people.”

“Our predecessors changed the Department of Justice to the Department of Injustice,” continued Trump, who became a convicted criminal in May 2024 after he was found guilty of 34 accusations of crime in New York. “But I stood before you today to declare that the days were over, and they would never return. They will never be. So now, as the Head of Law Enforcement Officers in our country, I will insist and demand full and complete accountability for the mistakes and violations that have occurred.”

A rare visit marked the first time Trump in the walls of the Robert F. Kennedy building as President, and thus the first since the crowd of supporters stormed the Capitol on January 6 and was later charged by DOJ, and followed almost one decade of the conflict that had been proven to be the highest test for the post-Watergate norms desired by the Department of Justice.

Trump himself faced four criminal court cases, but all the remaining accusations were canceled when he was elected as president – but not because the case had no benefits – allowing him to avoid serious consequences. The President denied all accusations and said the cases were motivated politically.

Week Opening of Trump’s Presidential Trump has become a period of upheaval that has never happened before for DOJ, because Trump’s political leadership immediately moved to re -assign or overthrow career officials who were tasked with the role of senior crime and national security in various administrations.

Prosecutors who work on investigations from January 6’s attacks on Capitol are fired, as well as DOJ and FBI officials who work for former special advisors to investigate Trump Jack Smith.

Efforts by the department to cancel his criminal corruption case against New York City Mayor Adams produced a dramatic deadlock that led to several resignations by prosecutors and other high -ranking officials who describe the arrangement as “Quid Pro Quo” which is clear to secure Adams cooperation with efforts to enforce aggressive aggressive immigration.

However, in the same speech where the President gripped his own prosecution, he suggested that his predecessor be jailed because of the way his government handled the withdrawal of Afghanistan.

“Really embarrassing. The way we go out, I think it is the most embarrassing time in the history of our country,” he said. “The method happened. It’s not that we go out because we want to go out, but we will go out with dignity and strength. And how differences the elections have are cheated and bent in our country, when you think about it. I just want to say this, we must tell us.

Press Secretary of the White House Karoline Leavitt reviewed Trump’s statement at Fox News, said that it would be focused on “restoring the law and order,” but he added that he might also discuss “ending the weapons of justice.”

“Donald Trump will go to the Department of Justice to visit with Attorney General Pam Bondi and Kash Patel to give speeches not only to the Department of Justice but to the Americans about Donald Trump’s intention to restore the Department of Justice that is truly focused on fighting crime and restoring the law and order in American society,” Leavitt said at Fox News.

He also reviewed a statement when asked by reporters in the White House on Friday morning, said that Trump would join a family who lost a child “in the hands of illegal migrant criminals” and because of “illegal Chinese Fentanyl.”

In Thursday’s remarks to reporters at the White House, Trump said his speech that DOJ would “establish” “his vision” for the department through the rest of his term of office.

“I think we have an unbelievable person, and all I will do is set my vision. This will be their vision, really, but that’s my idea,” he said. “We want to have justice, and we want to have – we want to have safety in our city and our community. And we will talk about immigration. We will talk about many things.”

Almost every person appointed to the previous department represents Trump as a defender lawyer in the capacity of officials or personalities, a reflection of Trump’s hopes for the loyalty of the department which he thinks he believes in blocking his first term and then “armed” against him after leaving his position.

While Attorney General Pam Bondi told the senators in the trial confirmation that he would not “not politicize” his office, the opening weeks, the critics were of the opinion that had been marked by a statement of politics repeatedly emphasizing his loyalty to Trump.

“I have never seen this before, and we all liked Donald Trump and we want to protect him and fight for the agenda,” Bondi said in an interview with Trump Lara Trump’s son -in -law.

In another interview earlier this month, Bondi said he was still working to “eradicate” officials in the department who he said “hated Donald Trump.”

In one of his first direction after confirmation, Bondi ordered DOJ officials to “defend” the interests of the presidency and threaten discipline or stop for any lawyer who refused to sign the legal argument submitted by political leadership.

“When the lawyer of the Department of Justice, for example, refused to submit an argument in good faith by refusing to appear in court or sign a brief, it damaged the constitutional order and seized the president of the benefits of his lawyer,” the directive said.

Trump’s visit to DOJ was the first to any government institution since serving, although not without precedent. The last visit by the American President who sat in the building was when former President Barack Obama attended the departure ceremony in 2015 for Eric Holder – for the retirement ceremony to respect his time as the Attorney General.
