President Donald Trump is expected to take extraordinary steps this week to direct his education secretary to dissolve the US Department of Education with executive orders, according to sources who are familiar with the draft.
The executive command to call on the Secretary of Education Linda McMahon to facilitate the closure of the department by taking all the necessary steps “permitted by law,” said the source.

However, such a step will require the approval of the congress; The proposed legislation is likely to fail without 60 senate votes.
McMahon previously admitted that he would need a congress to carry out the President’s vision to close the department he had led to be led.

The draft circulation came only a few days after the agency launched enddei.ed.gov, a website that allows users to submit complaints that focus on discrimination and aims to strictly uphold the Civil Rights Act Title VI in Schools.
The executive order version is currently condemning educational expenses that are not correlated with adequate results on examinations such as the national assessment of education progress, which has been nicknamed “State Report Card,” said the source.
