The White House is expected to attract the nomination of Dr. Janette Nesheiwat as a US surgeon general just a day before he is expected to appear before the senate for the confirmation hearing, Sumber told ABC News.
When announcing his intention to nominate Nesheiwat to the post in November, President Donald Trump broke his work on the front lines in New York City during Pandemi Coronavirus.
Nesheiwat is a frequent Fox News medical contributor and works as a doctor at The Time Square CityMD Urgent Care Clinic before becoming one of its medical director.

Bloomberg first reported The move was previously Wednesday.
The news emerged when the right-wing activist Laura Loomer asked the President to choose a new candidate after it was revealed that Nesheiwat received his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean instead of the University of Arkansas. Loomer also criticized Nesheiwat because of a pro-vaccine.
Initially, he promoted the Covid-19 vaccine, calling it a “gift from God” in a 2021 opinion for Fox News, but a year later, he opposed the mandate of the vaccine for children during the appearance at the Fox News Tucker Carlson event although it shows that the Covid-19 vaccine can reduce the possibility of symptoms in hospitals and deathing from hospitals from hospitalization that are very much from hospitals from hospitalization. Trump praised Nesheiwat during the November announcement, calling it “fierce advocate and strong communicator for preventive medicine and public health.”
The White House has not responded to ABC News’s comments request.
Nesheiwat is a sister -in -law of a former National Security Adviser Mike Waltz, who was issued from his position last week and was nominated to become the US Ambassador to the United Nations.
Waltz was criticized after it was revealed that he was part of a signal group conversation with members of the National Security Team, including the Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, where they discussed the upcoming military plans and accidentally invited Atlantic Editor -in Chief Jeffrey Goldberg to the chat.
Loomer also called for Waltz to be fired after the scandal.
He has become a more prominent character in the circle of Trump and made a recommendation for Trump to be fired, the source told ABC News last month.
“He made a recommendation about things and people, and sometimes I listen to that recommendation, as I did with everyone,” Trump said last month. “I listened to everyone, and then I made a decision. But I saw him yesterday. He was in the ceremony, and he – he would always have something to say, usually very constructive.”
