President Donald Trump reacts for the first time on Thursday on the impact of the tariff announcement, which includes leaders who swooped and were foreign to threaten retaliation.

Trump did not have a public event according to his schedule the day after his dramatic opening regarding the severe tariff of almost all US trading partners, but he took a question when he left the White House on Thursday afternoon for a trip to Miami.

“Today’s market is far below … how are you?” A reporter asked the President.

“I think this goes very well,” Trump answered. “That is an operation. I like it when a patient is operated on and that is a big thing. I say this must be like that.”

Trump continues to project self -confidence and says that affected countries are now trying to see if they can “make an agreement.”

“The market will be booming, stock will be booming, the country will boom, and the whole world wants to see if there is a way they can make an agreement.” Trump said. “They have used us for many years. For years we were on the wrong side of the ball. And I will tell you what, I think it will be difficult to believe.”

Previously Thursday, other Trump administrative officials were deployed to deal with the fall on the morning news program.

Many of them, however, have insisted the tariff is not ready to bargain.

“The president made it clear yesterday, this was not negotiations. This is a national emergency,” said Press Secretary of the White House Karoline Leavitt at CNN.

He is always willing to pick up the phone to answer the call, but he describes the case yesterday because why we did it and the countries around the world have 70 years to do the right things by Americans, and they have chosen not to do it, “added Leavitt.

“I don’t think there is a possibility that President Trump will resign from his tariff,” said Trade Secretary Howard Lutnick on the network.

The world leaders weighed their responses to Trump’s historic levies, some of which came into force on April 5 and others on April 9.

China, which will be beaten with a tariff rate of 54% defeat, urges the US to “immediately cancel unilateral tariff steps and complete differences correctly with its trading partners through the same dialogue.”

Domestically, shares plummeted in early trading on Thursday. The average Dow Jones industry plummeted 3.75%, Nasdaq which weighs technology down 5.75% and s& P 500 falls 4.4%.

Vice President JD Vance, before market sales, acknowledged that a large Trump new tariff would mean a “big change” for Americans. Trump, ahead of Wednesday’s announcement, has admitted that there might be short -term pain.

“President Trump brought this economy in a different direction. He ran for it. He promised. And now he said. And yes, this is a big change. I will not avoid it, but we need big changes,” Vance told “Fox & Friends.”

Leavitt also defended the policy as Trump “fulfilling his promise to implement a reciprocal tariff” during the appearance at CNN.

“For anyone in Wall Street this morning, I will say trust in President Trump. This is the president who duplicated his economic formula which is proven from his first term of office,” he said.

Both Vance and Leavitt directly discuss the cost of economists say our consumers will definitely face or how they will help Americans.

“What I ask people to respect here is that we will not improve the situation overnight,” Vance said. “We struggled as fast as possible to fix what was left to us, but that would not happen soon.”

Asked about negative business reactions, Lutnick told CNN, “they did not count the factory” which he claimed would be built in the US as a result.

“Let Donald Trump run the global economy. He knows what he is doing,” Lutnick said.
