The administration of President Donald Trump has asked the Supreme Court to significantly narrow the national orders issued by three different federal judges that prevents their executive orders to re -define citizenship rights in the US

The emergency application asks the judge to take the “simple” step and restore the judges to Trump’s orders on day 1, which allows federal institutions to move forward by developing guidelines and preparing implementation if, at the end of the litigation, the President wins.

“At least, the court must remain in the order as far as they forbid institutions to develop and issue public guidelines regarding the implementation of orders. Only this court intervention can prevent universal orders from becoming universally accepted,” Acting Lawyer General Sarah Harris wrote in the application.

Trump’s executive order will deny citizenship for children born in US land for immigrants who violate the law or those who have temporary immigrant status. The government is claimed in the process of the Citizenship Flute Rights Creating Create Strong Incentives for Illegal Immigration.

The federal judge in Maryland, Massachusetts and the state of Washington, in their decision, said such steps would be clearly contrary to the text of the 14th amendment and legal precedent.

The 4th amendment states that all “people born or naturalized in the United States, and are subject to jurisdiction, are citizens of the United States and the state where they live.”

Trump’s administration, in its appeal to the Supreme Court, reviled the use of national orders and said they must be limited to the plaintiff who was involved in legal challenges.

“This court must state that it is sufficient before the dependence of the District Court that developed in the Universal order became increasingly rooted,” wrote the Acting General Acting. “The court must remain a preliminary order of the District Court except for individual plaintiffs and members identified from the plaintiff of the organization (and, if the court concludes that the state of the right litigation, such as people born or live in these countries).”

“At the very least, the court must remain in the order as far as they forbid institutions to develop and issue public guidelines regarding the implementation of orders. Only this court intervention can prevent universal orders from universally acceptable.”
