Heavy storm now reaches the east coast when Nor’easter headed to New England ahead of the holiday trip period for the weekend of warning days.

As a low pressure system from the Mid-Atlantic moves to the sea, it will become Nor’easter and rise to the New England coast.

Nor’easter at the end of this season will bring heavy heavy rain to New England, including Boston, on Thursday-with a gust of wind up to 50 mph and the potential for small coastal floods.

The rain will wet the northeast on Thursday.

Soaking rain is likely to end for Boston on Friday morning, but the rain pocket is still possible on Friday afternoon to Saturday when the system continues to the north.

With the scattered rain that remains in New England on Saturday, it will not be completely dry until Sunday because the total rainfall of 1 to 3 inches is expected through most of the northeast Wednesday to Saturday.

The storm has also now reached the east coast and although most are not expected to be severe, some severe storms spread have been reported Wednesday morning in the southeast.

Washington, DC, will hold rain at 8 am while the storm is estimated to be further south of Richmond and Norfolk in Virginia.

Elsewhere, Philadelphia hopes that the rainy morning and New York City will occasionally take a shower throughout the afternoon, but washing is not expected today.

Pennsylvania will be devastated by rain for the next few days.

Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania southwest are under flood supervision until Wednesday night because 1 to 3 inch rain is possible that can create rivers, flooding and other low flood -prone areas to become saturated because urban areas can also experience flooding from excessive rainfall.

On Wednesday afternoon, some strong storms were also possible in East North Carolina and, last night, strong storms were possible in South Missouri and North Arkansas.
