A 13 -year -old boy died after falling from the warning day parades floating in Ohio, said the authorities.
The incident occurred Monday morning during the warning day parade in Green, which is located southern Akron in Summit County.
The teenager drove a parade in a trailer with a pickup truck, said the authorities. He fell from the front of the trailer and was then hit by a trailer tire, suffered a severe injury, said the authorities.
Firefighters who were already at the location for the parade immediately responded. The teenager was transported in a critical condition to the local hospital, where he was declared dead, the Department of Green Fire said.
The child’s name, who came from North Canton, was not released.

The incident was still under investigation, KTT Regency Sheriff Office saidcalling death a “tragic accident.”
The parade is over soon, ABC News’ Affiliate Cleveland Wews reported.
“Our hearts go to the family when this terrible loss,” Mayor Green Rocco Yeughin told reporters. “We try to support them as a green community in any way we can.”
The green school district has offered counseling support to the North Canton School District, the Mayor said.
