The third week of the testimony at Sean “Diddy” Combs Sex Trading Court continued on Tuesday with emotional testimony from the former personal assistant Mogul Rap, who testified about violence and threats that he said he witnessed in the work.

Crying at the points at the witness stand, Capricorn Clark told the judges that he was told that he would be “thrown into the Eastern River” if he failed in a lies detector test about the theft of Combs jewelry, that he was forced to accompany the Combs to face the rival musician Cudi, and how he witnessed the comb to defeat his CED, Cassie Ventura.

Intense testimonies were complicated by an emotional cross examination, when a defense lawyer asked Clark about his desire to make peace with a comb and continued to work with him.

“Do you want to work with him again?” Marc Agnifilo’s defense lawyer urged after showing a message where Clark tried to make peace with a comb.

“I want to work in the music industry,” Clark answered.

The comb faces the possibility of living in prison if punished for committing sex and charges of extortion. The prosecutor accused him of using his music kingdom – including his broad wealth and control over his employees – to run a criminal company that used violence and threats to force women to become sex and then uphold their silence. This trial has seen the maker of the cultural tastes and the music industry that has been reduced to the perpetrators of drug violence who leads sex life full of voyeurism, party pora, and prostitutes.

Combs claimed to be innocent, and his lawyer argued that the action of Combs, while outside the main stream, was a personal problem and was not criminal.

“If you don’t convince him, I will kill all you ————–.”

Last week, Rapper and actor Kid Cudi-Yang’s official name Scott mescudi-said to the judges that he believed Combs entered his house in a jealousy after he learned that Mescudi was dating a former girlfriend Combs, Ventura.

Mescudi offers some details about the alleged burglary, telling the jury that he rushed to his house after being told by Clark. Arriving there, he testified that he only found traces of Combs actions, including finding Christmas gifts that were damaged and his dog was locked in his bathroom.

Taking the establishment on Tuesday, Clark testified about the episode, which he said began in the early morning of December 22, 2011, when an angry comb arrived at his apartment with a gun.

“He said, ‘Why didn’t you tell me?’ I said, ‘I don’t know what you are talking about.’ He said, ‘Who is Scott?’ I said, ‘I don’t know Scott.’ He said, ‘Kid Cudi,’ “Clark recalled.

When he protested, Clark testified a comb, the weapon that was allegedly in the hand, told him, “I did not give — what you want to do, go dress.”

Clark said he was forced to join the Combs and a bodyguard named Ruben to drive to Mescudi’s house. While Combs and Ruben allegedly entered the house, Clark said he called Ventura to tell him about burglary, warning mengsi that he might be “killed” if he tried to intervene.

Then on that day, Clark testified that the Combs ordered him and the guards to pick up Cassie and convince Mescudi not to tell the police, Combs was involved in burglary at home.

“If you don’t convince him, I will kill all of you ————–” Clark recalled Combs to tell him. When he returned with Ventura, Clark said the Combs, stood with robes and underwear, began to kick Ventura.

He testified that the Combs kicked Ventura repeatedly, “and every kick he will squat to the position of the fetus more and more” until he reaches the road.

Asked why he did not intervene, Clark replied that Combs told him, “If I jump in, he will — I too.”

Ending the witness holder, Clark told the judges that he then called Ventura’s mother and urged him to report a comb to the police. “He defeated S — from your daughter. Please help him. I can’t call the police, but you can,” he told the jury.

Ventura’s mother testified last week that after she found out about the threat of Combs to release two sex tapes of her daughter, she took a home equity loan to pay a $ 20,000 Combs, which was finally returned to him.

Examining Clark, Combs lawyers tried to doubt the memory of the former assistant about the event and suggested he accompanied Combs and Ruben voluntarily.

“You left because you were afraid he would do something stupid?” Agnifilo asked. “I left because he said he didn’t care that I didn’t want to go,” Clark answered. “I don’t want to leave and it’s not my choice, sir.”

“They will throw you into the eastern river.”

Clark told the judges that working for Combs moved quickly, intensely and needed loyalty. In his first year of work for Combs, he said he was forced to take a series of lies detector tests to prove that he was not involved with the loss of three pieces given by upper -class jewelry combs.

After he reported the jewelry was lost, Clark testified that he was locked inside the company’s unfinished headquarters of the Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment by a bodyguard dubbed “Uncle Paulie.” Taken to the sixth floor of the building, Clark said he found “a heavy man who was smoking and drinking black coffee.” He said the man told him, “I have been taken to the building to take a lie detector test to find out what happened to this jewelry.”

If he failed in the test, he testified that the man told him, “They will throw you into the eastern river.”

“I’m scared,” Clark said.

Clark said “Uncle Paulie” took five consecutive days to the same lonely location in 1710 Broadway in Manhattan, near the famous Carnegie Hall in New York, for a lie detector test.

“I want to prove my innocence. I don’t like that threat,” Clark testified.

When he was allowed to return to work, Clark told the jury that Combs had never mentioned a detector test of a lie or asked where he was.

During a cross examination that Hopscotched from a period of time to time period, Capricorn Clark testified that he did not know the relationship between Sean Combs and a big man who he remembered repeatedly managing the lies detector test. He testified that the Combs suspected he stole jewelry, which had been loaned to a comb for the famous annual white party on July 4 in Hamptons.

“You don’t know what relationship he has with Mr. Combs?” Marc Agnifilo’s defense lawyer asked. Clark replied that he didn’t know.

“I feel that I’m a little protector for puff.”

While the prosecutor tried to use Clark’s testimony to highlight how Combs used wealth, power, and employees to lead a criminal company, the defender lawyer tried to underestimate the narration by highlighting messages that suggested Clark really wanted to work for a man who held a single position above the world of music and culture.

Clark cried again and sobbed when faced with several emails he had sent to the comb. One, in 2014, said, “Hopefully you will forgive me soon. It’s been a long time. I feel you have forgiven others besides me.”

The second, in early 2015, said, “Sending you blessings and love for the new year.”

More tears flowed when Agnifilo showed Clark Email that he sent to Combs on his birthday, November 4, 2015. “My hope for this year is that you make a good promise to overcome the problem and really be my friend again.”

Agnifilo defenders’ lawyers kept asking why he wanted to work with Combs again.

“I want my life back, sir,” Clark explained.

“Do you want to work with him again?” Agnifilo asked.

“I want to work in the music industry,” Clark answered.

Prosecutors Federal, continued their questions after a cross examination, suggested Clark returning to work for a comb because he prevented his efforts to work in other places in the music industry.

“He holds all the strength because it is related to me,” Clark testified through sobs.
