The defender lawyer asked Kerry Morgan about why he had not turned on his friendship with Cassie Ventura since their last meeting, in 2018.
“I draw a line on physical harassment,” Morgan testified. “The reason I stopped talking to him was that he did not support me after the incident,” referring to the alleged ass attack on Morgan.
Morgan testified the previous day that Combs allegedly caused him to experience a concussion after he told the jury that he threw a wooden hangers at his house at Ventura’s house in 2018

“I do not demand money from anyone. He offered it,” Morgan testified, referring to Ventura. “The money did not come from him. He is between” for Combs, Morgan told the court.
Morgan testified that the venture offered him money to sign NDA, or the Nondisclosure agreement. “That is basically to close this case. You cannot sue anyone or say something that is public about it,” Morgan’s guess.
“And you still never become a friend anymore?” Marc Agnifilo’s defense lawyer asked, referring to Ventura.
“He still hasn’t reached me,” Morgan answered. “I’m sure he doesn’t have the same telephone number.”
Most of Morgan’s defense cross -examination focused on jealousy, trying to strengthen the assumption that the Combs became cruel not to force women to become sex but because of jealousy and drugs.
Agnifilo showed Morgan the exchange of texts where he sent a long “affirmation” comb that Agnifilo said was written by a writer who wrote about self -love.
“Do you believe Mr. Combs doesn’t love himself?” Agnifilo asked Morgan.
“Sometimes it doesn’t seem like,” Morgan testified.
In directly, Prosecutor Meredith Foster argued that jealousy was not part of one of the alleged attacks on Cassie Ventura who was claimed to be Morgan in previous testimony had witnessed.
Referring to the alleged attack on Los Angeles and Jamaica, Foster asked Morgan: “Previously, if there was, the argument that you heard about jealousy?”
Morgan replied, “Nothing.”
Morgan’s testimony has concluded.
David James, a former personal assistant for Combs, is the next witness.
