Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Trial Day 9: Venture Spars with Defense Lawyers During the last day of testimony

Cassie Ventura concluded that four days of testimony that was often painful and intimate on Friday, when he argued with a lawyer for his ex -girlfriend, Sean “Diddy” Combs, for the consistency of his testimony and losses allegedly experienced by Mogul Rap’s hands.

The testimony of Ventura, which came right at the beginning of the highly anticipated Criminal Combs trial, apparently laying the basis for the case of extortion and sex trading prosecution of the Combs. Defenders’ lawyers focused on the two central moments described by Ventura during their direct examination: 2016 attacks at a Los Angeles hotel and alleged rape near the end of their relationship. Asked about the 2016 Hotel attack, Ventura said he was sure that Combs was drunk during the meeting. On Thursday, during the third day of venture testimony, defenders’ lawyers tried to suggest the drugs he was drinking at that time contributed to his violence.

“When you get F —— in the wrong way, you always want to show me that you have strength and drop me. I am not a fabric doll. I am someone’s child,” Ventura wrote in a text message after the incident that was entered into Friday evidence.

Anna Estevao’s defense lawyer also examined Ventura about her memory of how her relationship with the Combs ended. The singer who once and came to testify at the beginning of the week that Combs raped him after dinner which they said because their relationship would end soon.

Ventura tells how Combs will become jealous if he is suspicious he sees another man, and on several occasions, taking his phone from him to find out about the alleged affair.

“Mr. Combs is so jealous?” Anna Estevao’s defense lawyer asked. “He was annoyed with you when he suspected you cheating?”

Ventura replied, “When I was with someone else. I don’t know if I would call it cheating.”

Estevao said, “Do you understand that he thinks it’s cheating?”

Ventura answered, “That’s technical. We are not married.”

Defenders’ lawyers try to show the sides of various venture

The jury heard a dramatic audio record of March 2014 conversation in Atlantic City between Ventura and a man named Sugit, who told him that he had seen him in an explicit video taken during “Freak Off.” Some members of the jury seemed attentive and recorded during the testimony, when they heard the venture version that was more aggressive than what appeared on the pulpit, which he looked entertained by the reaction captured in the recording.

“Tell me what you really see,” Ventura was heard telling Sugit. “You say other people are there F ——- Me.”

A moment later, his voice sounded up. “You have it? Why don’t you show me?” Ventura asked.

“Because I’m not rude,” Sugit was heard softly.

“Do you have it all the time?” Said Ventura. “This is my life and I will kill you. I will kill you if you don’t show me. Pull up. If you have it, pull the S — to the top or I will kill you!”

Ventura recognizes aggressiveness in his voice, after testifying about direct examination of the continuous fear that the comb can release sex tapes from strange people who will destroy his career and reputation. Ventura testified that the Combs had shown him video and used it as extortion, threatening to release him if he did not obey him.

“I was only fed up about it and felt the pressure from Sean,” Ventura told the judges, adding that Combs directed him to speak with Sugit.

At the end of his testimony, Ventura, through a statement read by his lawyer Douglas Wigdor was outside the court, thanked his supporters for their kindness and vowed to never forget what he said was done by Combs to him.

“I hope my testimony has given strength and sound to people who survived and can help others who have suffered to speak and also recover from harassment and fear. For me, the more I recover, the more I can remember, and the more I can remember, the more I will never forget,” he said in a statement.

Prosecutors contact federal agents, Dawn Richard from Danity Kane to watch the stand

Prosecutor Federal summoned two additional witnesses on Friday after the conclusion of the venture’s testimony.

Yasin Binda’s special agent from the Domestic Security Investigation told the judges about the search for Combs Hotel Rooms at the time of his arrest in 2024, when his lawyer said he traveled to New York to surrender to the authorities.
