Wednesday’s testimony in the Sean “Diddy” Sean extortion of sex trading was marked by a surprise motion for the cancellation of the trial from the Combs Defense Team. The drama, which was driven by references to destroy evidence in the burning investigation, was quickly reversed by the judge, who had been strict in the attractive trial.

Judge Arun Subramanian rejected the request for a defense for the cancellation of the trial after the jury was moved from the courtroom after the testimony related to the alleged bombing of the Porsche owned by Combs rivals, Rapper Kid Cudi, whose legal name was Scott Mescudi.

A burning investigator told the jury that the proof of fingerprints obtained after the previous burglary was destroyed after being handed over to the Los Angeles Police Department. In response, the defender’s lawyer accused that the prosecutor tried to imply a comb that interrupted the investigation of the incident – a suggestion that said the defender lawyer was out of bounds.

The Subramanian was issued with the request, in part, because the witness never answered the question raised by the prosecutor about whether it was not unusual proof of the fingerprint had been destroyed by the LAPD staff.

The trial cancellation movement marks the first time that Combs lawyers have been encouraged to have a short relationship in the trial, now in the third week of his testimony, and threatened to land the Combs behind bars if he was punished. The prosecutor accused that Combs used money and his strength to lead a large criminal company that allowed him to force women to become sex.

Combs claimed to be innocent. His lawyer, who was faced with a testimony that detailed personal life marked by violence, sexual adventure and drug use, argued that the comb might be guilty of other crimes but not accusations included in federal cases against him.

The 15th day of the trial ended with a testimony from a close friend of a former lover Combs and witness to the prosecution star Cassie Ventura. Friends, celebrity stylist Deonte Nash, testify to see Ventura physically and orally harassed by the comb. He told the Ventura jury, a singer who hoped that Combs would make him a star, telling him that he did not want to participate in the Combs Sex Pora party, called “Freak-offs.”

Venture testimonies that are disturbing and often emotional are the center of the beginning of the trial. The lawyer was rushed to complete the appearance of Ventura because he was on the verge of giving birth to his third child, and a source close to Ventura said on Wednesday afternoon that Ventura, in fact, gave birth.

Defenders’ lawyers did not succeed in asking for the cancellation of the trial

The defender lawyer made their request to cancel the trial after the investigator of the fire department of the Fire Department La Lance Jimenez was asked about the proof of the fingerprints found when investigating the place of Porsche 911 which burned Kid Cudi.

Kid Cudi testified last week that he suspected that the Combs was behind the fire, even though the rap maestro had long denied involved.

Jimenez told the judges that he responded to the incident on January 9, 2012, and quickly reached the conclusion that fire was caused by an “emergency shot bomb” known as Molotov cocktail.

“Someone has turned on it, cuts the roof and drops it in the front seat,” Jimenez told the jury. “In my opinion, it is targeted.”

Jimenez said he recorded a slash on the canvas on the Cabriolet Porsche 911 black and the “burning pattern” in the chair, carpet, and roof. The description is supported by the photo shown to the jury and is now available to the public.

“There is a bottle in the front seat, and there is a cloth handker in the middle console that is burned,” said Jimenez. “In the bottle, I watched the liquid that gave the odor that I knew gasoline.”

Jimenez said he also saw a disposable red lighter on the ground, and walked on the jury through photographs of damage, including soot damage to the driver’s door, burns on the interior and pieces on the roof of the canvas. The jury also saw a lighter picture, a 40 -ounce British Malt 800 Malt liquor bottle used to make Molotov cocktails and burned handkerchiefs.

Jimenez testified that Kid Cudi swept fingerprints after the incident. Two prints were lifted from the front front door, Jimenez told the jury, but the fingerprint card he sent down to the LAPD evidence unit was destroyed in August 2012. LAPD refused to comment on the investigation and destruction of the fingerprint card.

After the prosecutor asked Jimenez whether it was “unusual” because the proof of the fingerprint was destroyed, the defender’s lawyer immediately moved for the cancellation of the hearing, accusing the government of committing a prosecution violation.

The Combs team accused the government of trying to plant the idea that Combs was responsible for the destruction of fingerprints raised from Kid Cudi’s front door.

“It becomes clearer and clearer that this conclusion is what this government is doing,” said Shapiro. “There is no way to open this bell.”

Subramanian denied the cancellation of the trial but gave a warning judge.

“Before resting, you hear some testimonies about the fingerprint cards, and I now instruct you that the question about the destruction of the fingerprint card and the answer is irrelevant to this case and to the defendant and should not be considered by you,” said Subramanian.

Jimenez testified that he tried to call several people on the advice of Kid Cudi, including former Assistant Capricorn Clark Ventura and Combs. He said he couldn’t reach them.

There are no fees submitted in connection with burning, even though the case has not been closed. Jimenez said his status was “inactive while waiting for anything.”

Los Angeles police officer told after the alleged Porsche Firebombing

The prosecutor started the day by calling the witness, a Los Angeles police officer who responded to Kid Cudi’s house on December 22, 2011, after he reported the burglary.

LAPD officer Christopher Ignacio said he went through the house with a rapper and recorded the incident as a violation because “someone who entered someone’s property without the owner’s approval.” When he runs a number plate from the Black Cadillac Escalade that is seen driving from home, a report from the California motor vehicle department shows the owner registered as Bad Boy Productions, Inc., Combs company.

The jury sees the DMV report that connects the car with Bad Boy Productions, the only evidence that binds the Combs company with the incident. Tuesday, a former Combs personal assistant, Clark, told the jury that Combs and a bodyguard kidnapped him with a weapon from an apartment and went to Kid Cudi’s house. He testified that they entered the house. Kid Cudi testified that no one was missing but he found a Christmas gift opened at the table and his dog was locked in the bathroom.

On a cross -examination by Combs lawyers, defenders’ lawyers tried to emphasize that Ignacio’s report did not mention the firearms involved. During Tuesday’s testimony, defending lawyers also pressed Clark about his memory that Combs had a gun at him at the time of incidents that could be very important for prosecutors who could debate that the abduction of the allegation was connected to the case of cases of cases of cases of cases of Combs.

Ventura Friends: ‘quite often’ see Ventura with bruises

Cassie Ventura’s old friend and Deonte Nash celebrity style stylist testified that she was “quite often” seeing Ventura Combs girlfriend with bruises, and she “quite often” knew him to spend the night with a comb in a hotel room outside of his will.

On the 29th venture’s birthday, Nash testified that the Combs told Ventura, “[expletive] You. I did all this for you, and you can’t do this one thing for me, “Nash said.” Cassie said, ‘He was just angry because I didn’t want to go to the hotel and were afraid of him.’ “

Combs, according to Nash’s testimony, will decide how venture will appear, from his clothes to his hairstyle. He remembered Cassie at the 2014 Afterparty Vanity Fair Fair. “He looked bombing. His hair fell out,” Nash said, but he told the jury, the Combs came and said, “I think I said he needs to wear his hair.”

Nash testified Combs angrily grabbed it with his jacket and picked it up. “I just started asking people at a hairpin party,” Nash said.

During his testimony, Nash remembered various examples of violence and threats of violence by comb, especially one incident when he said Ventura considered climbing a hotel balcony in Beverly Hills to escape from the comb, who had just arrived. Nash testified that Ventura was “scared” after he told him “that Puff was on the lower floor looking for him.”

Testifying because he was called, Nash remembered Combs told Ventura “that he would not issue his music, that he would get his parents fired from their work, that he would issue a sex tape.”

Prosecutor Federal accused Combs of maintaining coercive control over venture which caused him to be involved in freak-offs that did not want to be part of it.

Celebrity Stylist remains a venture friend to this day, he testifies, and says he helps him choose a wedding dress and talk to him about what he will wear while testifying at the trial.

Defense describes a comb has a final decision on the appearance of Cassie as a business decision instead of the coercion element, as alleged by the prosecutor.

“It is important for people who run the label that the person looks good, fair to say?” Xaviar defense lawyer Donaldson asked.

“Sometimes, yes,” Nash agreed.
