Trump’s executive order seeks to block company access to government buildings and cancel government contracts, among others, for their “previous activities”.

In his decision, Judge ALIKHAN expressed a strong rejection of the order, noted it “shivering the company’s speech and advocacy” and “threatening the loss of reputation.”

“Executive orders are based on personal revenge … and frankly I think the constitutional formulars will see this as a surprising abuse of power,” he said.

“The executive uses ax, and we do not know exactly when the ax will fall but they are ready to reduce it,” said Donald Verrilli, a lawyer who represented Susman of the Munger, Munter, Tolles, and Olson companies.

Deputy Associate Attorney General Richard Lawson, a political indicator who previously worked for the Attorney General Pam Bondi, repeatedly argued that the order was in accordance with the right to freedom of the government’s speech.

“I will be very careful from the court in the court that oversees the executive branch speech, it is only a very complicated area that is very difficult to try and implement,” Lawson said.

He believes that judges must wait until the government issues formal guidelines to the agency regarding their interaction with the company before issuing temporary detention orders that prohibit all types of law enforcement.

Nevertheless, Judge ALIKHAN said Tro would remain valid for 14 days and ordered the government to cancel any memo or guidance that had come out according to the order.

Susman Godfrey said about the judge’s decision in a statement to ABC News, “This fight is bigger and more important than one company. Susman Godfrey is fighting executive orders that are not constitutional because they violate the rights of all Americans and the rule of law.”

“This battle is true, it is fair, and we are bound by the task to pursue it. We are grateful that the court is directly discussing the unconstitutionality of executive orders by recognizing it as ‘abuse of surprising power,'” said the company.

The trial came because Trump’s government had increased pressure on several law firms and universities.

Since Trump began targeting the law firm, the nine largest law firms in the country – including Paul Weiss, Kirkland & Ellis, Willkie Farr and Latham & Watkins – Has agreed to provide a combination of $ 940 million in legal services to promote the causes supported by the President.

Or, three other large US companies – Perkins Coie, Wilmerhale, and Jenner & Block – Against the President’s actions against the law firm in the federal court, which temporarily stops the order so as not to apply.
