Speaker Mike Johnson met Tuesday at the White House with President Donald Trump and House Republicans defined the voting for the Budget Bill approved by the Senate to fund Trump’s agenda, according to the leadership of the leadership of the leading GOP.
GOP leaders once again rely on Trump to help get bills across the finish line this week before the house takes two weeks of break.
Johnson has promised to continue the amendment to the Senate against the DPR budget blueprint, with a planned vote on Wednesday. But as the first time the DPR passed the budget blueprint in February, Johnson had several public delay votes to turn around – and rely on the president to give it.
Asked Tuesday afternoon whether Trump changed his mind, Johnson answered, “I think he did it.”

“I think we will move forward this week,” he said.
Asked before the meeting was the message for detention, Johnson said, “We have to finish work. Americans rely on us, and we are optimistic that we will advance this ball.”
Some Holddout GOP was invited to meet with Trump, but representatives of Ralph Norman and Tim Burchets – two from Holdduts – told reporters that they were not invited to the meeting.
Other loud voting, Rep. Chip Roy, told reporters that there was a “enough” Republican party that opposed the action to kill him. He said he asked the senators to come to the meeting to explain mathematics on the board that showed how their plans would reduce the deficit, but “they cannot prove mathematics.”
Johnson was able to lose three votes, but until the dozen of the Republican party had hinted that they were not sure to vote.
Obtaining this law through the two rooms is required to start the process to make a large -magnitude budget bill that includes many Trump’s domestic agenda that sweeps.
Johnson also told reporters that the White House would provide detention with “Combination of Commitment and Guarantees and all leaders in both rooms.”
The majority leader of Steve Scalise said, “The president is our best advocate and whip to get this agenda to move forward every step. And this bill is no different. Failure is not a choice.”
