Carter’s lawsuit said the woman, who was identified as Jane Doe, set her claim time “to cause maximum pain and suffering to Mr. Carter” to squeeze payments from her.
The lawsuit also named the female lawyer, Tony Buzbee and David Fortney, who allegedly Jay-Z “motivated without the soul by greed, in ignoring the most basic truth and despicable of human politeness.”
The woman initially claimed that Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs took turns sexual harassment when she was 13 years old at a party after the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards. Both of them denied the accusation.
Jane Doe pulled her lawsuit last month after Carter asked a question about the truth of her account and her lawyer asked for sanctions from Buzbee.
“Doe now voluntarily recognizes directly to the representatives of Mr. Carter brought by the story before the world in court and on global television only: fake and evil stories. He has admitted that Mr. Carter did not attack him; and that indeed it was Buzbee himself … who encouraged him to advance with a false narrative about the attack by Mr. Carter by Maxeage a Maxiume to continue with the mistake of the attack by the attack by Mr. Carter in the form of the Leverage in the form A Maxiume to continue with fake narratives, “Carter Bread from the charter in Leverage A Reforage a Maxiume Payut Payay” Defeady Baying Payand from Payand from Payan from Payal from Payan from Payan from Moder in Leverage A Reperage.
“But the extortion and abuse of Mr. Carter by Doe and his lawyer must stop,” he continued.
In response, Buzbee released a statement that said, “Investigator Shawn Carter has repeatedly harassing, threatening, and violating this poor woman for weeks trying to intimidate him and make him pull back the story. He hasn’t, and won’t. Instead he had declared repeatedly he stood with his claim. This same group of investigators have been arrested in a recording that offers people to pay me to sue me and my company. After talking to Jane Doe today, it seems that the quote that is associated with her in a lawsuit is really made -made, or they talk to someone who is not Jane Doe. “
He added, “This is just another effort to intimidate and bluff this poor woman that we will handle in time. We will not be intimidated or intimidated by reckless cases.”
