President Donald Trump will discuss the joint session of the congress on Tuesday – his first speech to the Congress of the second term of office.
His speech will be the fifth public speech before the joint congress session, and come when the Republican party holds the Trifecta with the President GOP and the majority in the DPR and the Senate.

When is it?
Trump will discuss a joint session of Congress in Capitol on Tuesday, March 4, at 21:00 ET (20:00 CT; 6 afternoon PT).
DPR Speaker Mike Johnson invited Trump to deliver a joint speech to the congress last month so that Trump could share “America’s first vision for our legislative future,” the speaker wrote in his invitation.

What is the address for the Congress Combined Session?
Because this speech will be the first Trump during his second term of office, it is not referred to as the “state of the union” – although the address for the shared session and the state of the union effectively is the same.
The address is called the State of the Union for many years which does not include the inauguration of the president.

What does Trump expect to say?
Trump, like other presidents, will take the opportunity to discuss his agenda.
Since serving, Trump has been aggressive in encouraging his priorities, which includes restraining what he sees as wasteful government expenditure through deduction of federal work.
He is likely to discuss these efforts as well as his purpose with immigration, foreign policy and economy.
On Monday morning, Trump Posted on his social media network That the speech will be “big” and he will “say it like that.”
Who will be there?
Trump’s speech will unite all branches of government because he joined members of the Congress and Chief Justices.
Speaker of the DPR and Vice President sat behind the president when he spoke. This speech will mark the first time the vice president JD Vance will sit behind Trump for the address. During the previous administration, former Vice President Mike Pence sat behind him.

The invited guests also attended the event. The White House and Congress members usually invite guests with specific backgrounds and stories that are important for them both personally and politically – people they want to thank, to respect or even highlight certain problems.
The White House has not released the invited guest list.
Who spoke for the Democratic Party?
Every year, the opposing party has a television response to the president’s message. This year, Senator Michigan Elissa Slotkin will give a Democratic response to Trump’s speech to the congress.
“The public expects leaders to level up with them about what actually happens in our country. From our economic security to our national security, we must map the path to the future of people in the country that we all love, and I hope to put it,” Slotkin, a new student senator, said in a statement.
Slotkin is a political survivor who won a senate seat in November with less than 20,000 votes, although Trump brought the country at the presidential level.
Former CIA analyst and Pentagon officials also served two term in the DPR, after turning the detroit seat in the suburbs in 2018. Trump won his district with 4 points in 2016 and lost 0.5 points in 2020.
Democratic Representative Adriano Espailat, Chair of the Caucus Hispanik Congress, will give Spanish responses to Trump. He was the first Dominican American and immigrants who were not previously documented – to serve at the congress.
