A former Assistant Sean “Diddy” Combs concluded three days at the witness stand, with a lawyer for the music maestro roasting very intensely so that a prosecutor asked the judge to stop the cross -examination, calling it “embarrassing” and “harassing.”
The witness, testifying under the pseudonym “Mia,” told the judges last week that Combs tortured and sexually harassing during his time to work as his personal assistant.
The defender lawyer tried to attack his credibility for the past two days appearing on the pulpit, pressing him about dozens of text messages and social media posts that he wrote about a pleasant comb, respectful, and even adore him.

Combs lawyers argue that Mia misinterpreted how Combs treat him and made a part of the story. Mia mostly stood with her testimony, telling the judges that she was “brainwashed” by the comb and explained that she now wanted to talk honestly about the years of harassment and harassment she experienced.
“This is the worst thing that I have to talk about in my life,” Mia said to the jury about her reluctance to talk about how Combs had sexual harassment.
Mia’s testimony marked the beginning of the fourth week of testimony in the trial of sex trading and sex government combs. Prosecutors accuse that Combs use wealth and influence to run criminal companies that function to protect their reputation and force women to become sex.
If found guilty in everything, music maestro can spend the rest of his life behind bars. Combs claimed to be innocent, and his lawyer argued that, while he might be cruel against a romantic couple and abuse drugs, he did not commit crimes alleged by the Department of Justice.
Defense lawyer emphasizes the messages loved by Mia to Combs
Continuing a cross -examination from last week, defending lawyer Brian Steel returned to Mia’s social media post and text messages to challenge women and the event version that he shared with the judge.
“Life is F —— Crazy and it should all happen for a reason to lift us in our human experience, but it is rude,” Mia Combs wrote in 2020, more than three years after she stopped working for her. “I love you with all my heart and I’m here for you forever.”
Steel also showed another text message judge from the 2019-2022 time frame where Mia expressed love and admiration on the comb.
“Hey. Look at our documents on Netflix Top 10. Congratulations, I miss you,” read one text from July 2022.

Combs answered, “Love, Love, Love, Love.” Mia replied, “And I love, love, love you.”
“Everything is positive and loving from you to Mr. Combs, do you agree with that?” Steel asked.
“Yes, of course,” Mia answered. He quickly explained to the jury that he was still “brainwashed” by a comb of years of work for him.
After a long and controversial cross -examination of MIA ended, the Federal Prosecutor tried to minimize the damage that might have been carried out on its credibility.
“Are you posting on social media as part of your job?” Prosecutor Madison Smyser asked at the direct examination.
“Yes,” Mia answered, adding that posts about Ciroc, Diddy Door, Bad Boy Reunion, and Combs themselves were part of his work. He described his Instagram post “like the spotlight” from the comb and was not intended to post about the loss of work for him.

“Is that why you didn’t post about Mr. Combs slamming Cassie’s head into the bed frame?” Smyser asked. “Yes,” Mia answered.
“Is that why you didn’t post about Mr. Combs throwing a computer on your head?” Smyser asked. “Yes,” Mia answered.
“Is that why you didn’t post about Mr. Combs sexually attacked you?” Smyser asked. “Yes,” Mia answered.
Steel tried to doubt Mia by asking why she didn’t document abuse
Throughout the burning cross, Steel’s defending lawyer tried to poke Mia’s testimony by highlighting how he did not document the harassment he said he suffered from the comb, even when he documented his positive side.
“Do you have a recording of Mr. Combs who scolded you?” Asked Steel, who highlighted that part of Mia’s job was carrying a small camera to document the life of Combs. “No, I will not be allowed to record it,” Mia answered.
“Because it’s not true, isn’t it, Mia?” Steel is accused. “Your statement that you are a victim in the hands of Mr. Combs, the brutality is not true?”
Mia replied, testifying, “Everything I say in this courtroom is true.”

Steel also questioned Mia’s account about escaping from a comb with venture in Turks and Caicos by rowing to the sea. Steel asks if there are text messages, emails or photos that document the accusation.
“Is that just made by you?” Steel asked sharply. “No,” Mia testified.
The next steel question – “How could all of this event not have photos or text messages or emails from you?” – Stopped by the judge after objection.
At one point, the prosecutor asked the judge to oversee the case to intervene, on the grounds that the “shameful” cross-examination border on harassment and could prevent other victims of crime from advanced in other cases.
“Mata is on this trial. Victims in other cases will see how the victims are treated,” Comey said with a clear nod in the Global Headline created by the Combs trial. “Our concern is that if this victim is not protected from further harassment, it will prevent other victims in other cases.”
Judge Arun Subramanian said he did not hear screams and did not see incorrect treatment, but he reminded steel about the form of his question.
Steel suggested Mia to make her story after the venture’s lawsuit
Steel suggested that Mia calculated her disclosure time for alleged sexual violence by Combs by submitting a civil lawsuit by singer Cassie Ventura, an old ex -boyfriend Combs. Ventura was a witness to the prosecution star, and he accused that the comb was harassing him for a decade. The lawsuit, the starting point for federal investigations that peaked with the current prosecution, completed after a day of $ 20 million, Ventura testified. There is no recognition.
Steel questioned why Mia did not tell the Federal Prosecutor about her claim that Combs sexually attacked her until June 2024, six months after he began to meet with the authorities and seven months after the Venture Civil Lawsuit. The defender emphasized the jury that Mia met with Federal Prosecutors totaling 28 times.
“Do you remember the first time you made a claim that Mr. Combs had sexually harassing you on June 18, 2024?” Steel asked.
“I don’t remember the date, but I remember that terrible conversation,” Mia answered.

On the transfer examination, Smyser asked Mia to clarify why she often met with Federal Prosecutors. “I met a lot with the government to understand my story and because I was very scared and I learned at the same time,” he testified, and, used the name of the combs street before, saying he was “afraid of puff.” He said he could never talk about his claim that Combs sexually attacked him without looking down.
“That’s the worst thing I have ever talked about in my life,” he explained.
The latest witness tells the judges about damage to the Combs Hotel Room
The prosecutor concluded that day by calling Susan Oken, manager Beverly Hills Hotel, to testify about the time -when when Combs was a guest of his stance.
He said the Combs were examined to the Beverly Hills Hotel below alias such as “Frank Black” or “Phillip Pines” and Cassie Ventura were registered under the Combs profile as guests.
Open testified that the Combs had spent an additional $ 300 fee to clean the curtain and another $ 500 fee to clean the “oil damage.” Open said the accusation reflects something “outside the scope of what we usually clean.” The prosecutor’s question is a back to previous testimony about what is called the “freak-off” party that is suspected to be the host for the Combs and, according to testimony, displays the Baby Oil gallon.
The court will continue on Tuesday with Eddie Garcia, an intercontinental hotel employee in Century City, Ca., where the combs attack caught in Ventura who might create the most eternal image originating from a high profile criminal trial.
