President Donald Trump on Thursday replied to Elon Musk after raging Musk against his domestic megabill, said he was “very disappointed” at the Tesla billionaire.
“Look, Elon and I have a great relationship. I don’t know if we want again,” Trump said at the oval office.
Musk responded well to personal comments in real time at X, where he swiped legislation and in Trump directly.
At one point, Musk responded to the user: “Without me, Trump will lose the election, DEMS will control the DPR and the Republican Party will be 51-49 in the Senate.”
“Bright,” added Musk. Musk spent more than $ 270 million to support Trump and other Republicans during the 2024 Election Cycle.
Back and forth only increases as the day goes.
Trump replied to his own conservative social media platform: “Elon ‘wears thin,’ I ask him to leave, I take his EV mandate that forces everyone to buy an electric car that is not desired by others (which he knows for months I will do!), And he goes crazy!”
Trump said “The easiest way to save billions of dollars” is by “ending Elon’s government subsidies and contracts.” Musk has criticized the Bill Price Label and its impact which is estimated to the national debt.
Musk and Trump did not speak on Thursday morning, according to two sources who were familiar with the President’s conversation.

President Trump was asked about Musk’s endless criticism of tax and immigration bills while taking reporters’ questions with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in the White House.
“He hasn’t said anything about me bad. I prefer to make him criticize me than the bill, because the bill is extraordinary,” Trump said about Musk.
“One Big Beautiful Bill Act” passed the DPR last month with one vote. The move will extend the 2017 Trump tax slaughter and increase expenditure for military and border security, while conducting several cuts for Medicaid, SNAP and other assistance programs.
Now facing challenges in the Senate, especially among a small group of Republican fiscal eagle.
Musk has said the law, which is estimated by the non -partisan budget office to add $ 3 trillion in the deficit over the following decade, will damage the goal of government efficiency to reduce government spending and chew the country’s debt.
“Where is this person today ??” Musk wrote when he changed the compilation of other users from Trump’s past tweet which criticized the high deficit, an unbalanced budget and more.
Musk made similar comments about X to the majority leader of the Senate John Thune and DPR Speaker Mike Johnson.
Trump argues on Thursday that Musk, CEO of Tesla, is really “annoyed” because the law will delete tax credit for electric vehicles.
Before speaking openly against the bill, Musk personally encouraged several members of parliament, including speaker Johnson, to maintain tax credit for electric vehicles in the bill, according to two people who were familiar with the conversation.
“I am very disappointed because Elon knows how it works in this bill is better than almost everyone who sits here, better than you guys,” Trump said at the oval office on Thursday. “He knows everything about that. He has no problem with it. Suddenly, he has a problem.”
Musk pushed back X and suggested that Trump would not say the truth.
“Wrong, this bill was never shown to me even once and was passed in the middle of the night so fast that there was almost no one in the congress that could even read it!” He wrote.
