The burglary of violence occurred at California’s house from Beanie Babies Mogul Ty Warner who left a woman in a coma, officials said.
A Nevada man now faces many charges, including attempted murder, in connection with the invasion of the house and attack, according to the Santa Barbara District Prosecutor’s Office.
The incident took place on May 21 at Montecito Warner’s house, according to a court submission obtained by ABC News.
The suspects Maxwell Phay from Henderson, Nevada who are 42 years old-agent “after attacking strangers in a private residence and breaking into him from the deputies,” Santa Barbara Santa Barbara Sheriff Office said.
The Deputy who responded to the residence found victims with “severe injuries” outside and, after the search for residence, the suspect was defeated in the bathroom on the top floor, said Sheriff’s office.
“The suspect tried to escape by climbing out of the second floor bathroom window,” Sheriff’s office said in a press release. “He jumped to the ground where he was captured by the Deputy and K9 Sheriff.”

Victims-identified in criminal complaints as L. malek-aslanian-transported by ambulance to local hospitals. The attack left him “coma due to a brain injury,” said the complaint.
The complaint alleged that Phay entered the house with the intention of stealing, then holding back malek on his will and attacking him, causing a great injury to a body. The victim is “very vulnerable,” said the complaint.
Investigators do not have an indication that the victims or suspects know each other, said the authorities.
Homeowners are identified in complaints as T. Warner. The Santa Barbara County District Prosecutor’s Office confirmed that being Ty Warner.
Phay was charged with on Friday with trial of first -level murder with premodation and consideration, housing robbery, kidnapping, attack and opposing a peace officer, a district lawyer office said. He was also charged with special accusations because he personally caused a large body injury that resulted in a coma.
Phay claimed to be innocent for his accusations. The guarantee has been set $ 1 million.
He was scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on June 2. Lawyer information is not immediately available.
