The burglary of violence occurred at California’s house from Beanie Babies Mogul Ty Warner who left a woman in a coma, officials said.

A Nevada man now faces many charges, including attempted murder, in connection with the invasion of the house and attack, according to the Santa Barbara District Prosecutor’s Office.

The incident took place on May 21 at Montecito Warner’s house, according to a court submission obtained by ABC News.

The suspects Maxwell Phay from Henderson, Nevada who are 42 years old-agent “after attacking strangers in a private residence and breaking into him from the deputies,” Santa Barbara Santa Barbara Sheriff Office said.
