Mamdani, answered that question, said, “I am Donald Trump’s worst dream, as a progressive Muslim immigrant who is truly struggling for things that I believe, and the difference between me and Andrew Cuomo is that my campaign is not funded by billionaires who are more controlled by Donald Trump … and put our campaign in second place.”
Cuomo did not directly respond to Mamdani attacks at the debate stage.
