“Boardwalk Empire” Actor Michael Pitt was arrested and charged in Brooklyn on Friday on charges of sexual harassment, criminal sexual acts, attacks and scraping, according to court documents.
The actor claimed to be innocent and released until the next court date in June.
The accusation came from the alleged incident that occurred in 2020 and 2021, according to the Brooklyn District Prosecutor’s Office.
The indictment accused Pitt of sexual harassment of an unnamed individual in April 2020 “with forced force.”

In August 2020, the indictment claimed he was suspected of force oral sex on someone.
The indictment claimed that Pitt allegedly injured someone with “four times four” in the same month.
In June 2021, the indictment claimed Pitt allegedly attacked someone with Cinderblock.
In August 2021, the indictment claimed he was suspected of trying to strangle someone.
Individual identity is removed in the indictment, so it is not clear whether one or more people make accusations against PITT.
In a statement to ABC News on Wednesday, Pitt Lawyer James Goldman said, “Unfortunately, we live in a world where someone like Mr. Pitt – an accomplished professional who will never reflect on this crime – can be captured in two years that is unreliable. The incident is not reliable.
Pitt is famous for his role as Jimmy Darmody in a crime drama based in Atlantic City “Boardwalk Empire.”
In his role, Pitt starred in the opponent Steve Buscemi As a rising gangster in the world of underground crime depicted in the show.
Pitt, who also appeared in “Dawson’s Creek” previously in his career, has taken several television roles since the end of “Boardwalk Empire,” appeared in several episodes of NBC “Hannibal.” He also starred in the role of films such as “The Dreamers” and “Last Days.”
